PowderQuote provides a 30-day full-feature trial with no card required to start. When the trial ends, the PDF & DXF calculator remains available for free. An active subscription is required only to create professional quotation PDFs. The internal trial does not charge automatically.
2. Refund requests
Refund requests should be submitted promptly after the relevant charge and include the account email, transaction or invoice reference, date, and reason. Requests are reviewed individually, including technical failures, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, and applicable consumer-law requirements.
3. Paddle processing
Paddle is the merchant of record and processes checkout, payment, taxes, invoices, and approved refunds. A refund may take additional time to appear, depending on Paddle, the payment method, and the financial institution.
4. Subscription cancellation
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal according to the cancellation terms but does not automatically refund a charge already completed. Access may continue until the current paid period ends unless the payment is refunded or reversed.
5. Locally stored data
Cancellation or refund does not automatically delete DXF files, customers, prices, PDF quotations, or quotation history stored locally on the user's computer.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory or consumer rights that apply in the customer's jurisdiction. Where such rights conflict with this policy, the mandatory legal requirements prevail.
